Aviation Logistics Assistant

As a member of our airside logistics team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens, ensuring any discrepancies are followed up on.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Short distance driving and vehicle checks, including refueling
  • Loading and unloading cargo, guided by company, airport, and airline policies
  • Communicating and coordinating with airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery handovers
  • Coordinating with dispatch aircraft timings and flight delivery allocations
  • Administrative documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A clean MR or HR driver's license
  • The ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks
  • A safety-first mindset, always being aware of surroundings and practicing proper techniques per training
  • Flexibility working around flight schedules
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Neat and tidy presentation
