Job Title

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the management and optimization of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets our business needs.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and more.
  • Monitoring Solutions: Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability of cloud-hosted services.
  • Automation Scripts: Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
  • Incident Response: Lead the response to operational incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure the cloud environment adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements, including regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development, data engineering, and security teams to integrate new features and improvements into the cloud infrastructure.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud spending, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising performance or reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the cloud architecture, processes, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud operations, experience with AWS services, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
