We're seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Specialist to join our Foreign Exchange Technology team. As a key member of our Commodities and Global Markets business, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.


Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with cloud best practices, managing cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions that support efficient cloud operations.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices to drive business growth and improve customer experience.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering.
  • Strong experience with Java applications and build tools such as Maven, Ant/Gradle.
  • Skilled in AWS services (CloudFormation, EC2, EFS, RDS Aurora, EKS, Networking tools like Load Balancers, DNS Route53, Security Groups) and migration tools (e.g., DMS).
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes components (e.g., Deployments, Jobs, ConfigMaps) and scaling deployments.
  • Experience with ArgoCD (GitOps), Helm charts (packaging), and Docker (containerization optimization).
  • Proficiency in Linux shell scripting for automation.
  • Security & Secrets Management, using tools such as Venafi, HashiCorp Vault, and secure Kubernetes practices.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and Grafana LGTM stack.
