Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned expert to lead Oracle EPM Cloud initiatives and drive business transformation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level advisory services, guiding clients through EPM Cloud roadmaps and participating in strategic business projects.
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across various modules, including Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, and Enterprise Data Management.
  • Drive business analysis and requirements gathering, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into effective solutions.
  • Support sales efforts and proposals, contributing to client discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensuring effective service delivery and championing a collaborative culture.
Key Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and functional leadership on at least one successful project.
  • Expertise across Oracle EPM modules, including Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, and Profitability & Cost Management.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, including Oracle EPM.
  • Experience with Hyperion and migration projects to Cloud (desirable).
  • Strong ability to review, analyze, and design complex ICT business processes and solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and with distributed onshore/offshore models.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to confidently communicate EPM capabilities and use cases.
