Service Delivery Officer Job Description

The Service Delivery Officer is the first point of contact to assist employers and staff with resolving issues relating to Australian Apprenticeship claims and payments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake inbound and outbound telephony work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Australian Apprenticeship Incentive claims in DEWR's Apprenticeship Data Management System.
  • Undertake desktop analysis activities to support Apprentice Connect Australia Provider performance and assurance monitoring.
  • Monitor and manage departmental and team mailboxes.

Key Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, ability to work accurately under pressure and possess basic IT skills.
