Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team in Campbelltown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing critical risk factors that may impact an individual's ability to return to work. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing holistic support to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance.
Key Responsibilities- Complete return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme.
- Provide comprehensive assessments, including Initial Needs Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, and Vocational Assessments.
- Deliver Vocational Counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling.
- Collaborate and liaise with individuals, employers, medical, and other allied health professionals.
- Associate or Full ASORC (Australian Society Of Rehabilitation Counsellors) membership or Full RCAA (Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australasia) membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
- Relevant Psychology and Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification.
- Current drivers' licence and access to own transport.
