What We OfferAs a Rehabilitation Counsellor at Altius Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing holistic support to help restore their highest level of functional performance. You will be responsible for:
- Completing return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme
- Providing vocational counselling and facilitating interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling
- Collaborating and liaising with individuals, employers, medical, and other allied health professionals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associate or Full ASORC (Australian Society Of Rehabilitation Counsellors) membership or Full RCAA (Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australasia) membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Relevant Psychology and Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification
- Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
