Project Management Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee strategic operational transformation initiatives across multiple projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project deliverables, manage budgets, quality requirements, and change management integration.
  • Develop and execute project strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, foster collaborative relationships, and drive effective communication.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of ten years' experience in project management within heavy equipment manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Formal qualification in project management, preferably PMP certified.
  • Experience with engineering projects, particularly civil and structural projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with expertise in team management, performance evaluation, and recruitment.
