We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The role involves providing care to elderly residents, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and observing and reporting any changes in resident health and behavior. Previous experience in aged care is highly regarded but not essential.
