About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlements Officer/ Conveyancer to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and administration functions related to the processing of sales exchanges and settlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth running of the entire settlement process, ensuring all documents have been received and prepared for settlement.
  • Ensure all funds required for settlement have been transferred, and perform ad hoc administration duties as needed.
  • Request valuations and order title searches, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, agents, solicitors, and valuers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in settlements/conveyancing/contracts administration in development/project sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills (both written and verbal), and technology skills are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
