Senior Accounts Payable Clerk Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

About the Role

The Senior Accounts Payable Clerk will perform the day-to-day processing of large volumes of invoices, including matching to purchase orders, in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.

  • Communicate with site staff to ensure discrepancies are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile monthly supplier and credit card statements.
  • Provide general support to the Finance, Procurement, and Administration teams.
  • Filing and banking duties.
  • Ad hoc duties associated with being part of a dynamic and evolving company.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Able to work as part of a team and happy to get involved when required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience with a large ERP system.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
