Store Manager Role

As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand and the key to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • You will lead by example, embodying our values and passion for our products, while inspiring your team to shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
  • Create a high-performance sales environment that consistently exceeds shopper expectations, fostering unforgettable experiences with every interaction.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability within your team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to empower them in achieving their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • In partnership with senior management, identify and address potential performance issues and policy violations, ensuring compliance and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record as a results-driven leader, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.

  • Showcase a keen business acumen, coupled with analytical thinking that drives positive results.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
