We are looking for a Pathology Collector Team Leader with a clinical or health leadership background to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and leading medical assessment centre pathology collectors and receptionists, motivating them to provide a highly professional and customer-focused service.

  • Develops resourcing strategies for effective use of permanent, contract, and agency resources.
  • Oversees third-party provider relationships and conducts health assessments as required.
  • Assists in operational roles regularly and ensures customers are treated with respect and dignity.
  • Implements clinical governance, legal, regulatory compliance, and workplace health & safety policies effectively.

What You'll Need
