Primary School Program Coordinator Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic coordinator to design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program for primary-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop daily activities that cater to the diverse needs of primary-aged kids.
  • Prepare and serve healthy snacks in a timely manner.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children to relax and have fun.
Requirements:
  • Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability from 2:40 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Valid Child Protection training Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
