Job Summary

We're looking for a professional cook with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Full Time Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and adhering to food safety guidelines.
  2. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
  3. Manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service.
  4. Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality and attention to detail.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food hygiene compliance and practices.
  6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
  7. Be available to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, with approximately 38 hours per week.
  8. Hold completed trade qualifications or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  2. Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
  3. Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
  4. Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills.
  5. Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
