Job Title: Pool Safety Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dependable individual to work as a Pool Safety Specialist at Pittsworth Civic Pool.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for water safety and excellent communication skills. They should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun, with a commitment to customer service excellence.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with people of all ages, abilities, cultures and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the pool area to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Essential Qualifications:
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) certification
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate

If you do not already hold one of the above qualifications, we will provide training so that you can join our amazing team
