We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to partner with our valued clients and provide exceptional support services.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. As a key member of the customer experience team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, providing proactive support, and advocating for customer needs within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to resolve complex issues via phone and web platforms.
- Promote client retention and overall success through white-glove service and strategic problem-solving.
- Conduct daily outreach to proactively address client concerns and prevent escalations.
- Work closely with internal teams to prioritize and escalate critical issues.
- Develop a customer-centric mindset, prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Experience providing advisory-level support through proactive and reactive interactions with clients.
- Ability to advocate for customer needs within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for process improvement.
