About the Role
  • Oversee brand consistency across multiple product lines, focusing on aesthetics, operational efficiency, cost management, and design.
  • Create strategic plans for our brands, outlining formats and guidelines for future development.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements when designing packaging.
  • Manage the documentation process for templates, standard drawings, visual identity documents, and blueprints.
  • Coordinate information sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Visit sites to review standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in retail planning, with a background in design, commercial operations, and financial analysis is beneficial.
  • Able to manage relationships with construction consultants, including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
  • Confident in presenting ideas to senior leaders or large groups using digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Understanding of key financial metrics to optimize return on investment.
  • Degree in architecture or engineering is highly regarded.
