About the Role
We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a dynamic Training and Development position. This role will focus on providing coaching and support to new employees, enhancing their knowledge of operational processes, systems, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, with experience in customer service and administration/operations environments, preferably within retail or health-related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Support clinic staff by addressing operational queries and advising on relevant resources.
- Collaborate with divisional managers and national coordinators to monitor learning progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective training strategies to bridge knowledge gaps.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You Will Be Successful In This Role If You Have
- Previous experience in in-house training, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
