Education and Training Lead

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our education and training initiatives. As an Education and Training Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality nursing education programs that meet the needs of our staff and patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering educational content to support the development of our staff's skills and knowledge
  • Managing educational resources to ensure they are effective and efficient
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a relevant health care organization
  • Experience in education and training, preferably in a healthcare setting
