Job Opportunity: Contract Administrator/Senior Contract Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team as a skilled Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and administration, preparing and reviewing contracts, variations, and progress claims, monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting, liaising with site teams, clients, and consultants to ensure contractual compliance, and supporting project delivery from pre-contract to final account.

  • Proven experience in contract administration within construction or civil infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of Australian Standard contracts and commercial principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or related field
