Job Opportunity

The role of a Child Care Centre Director involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations. This includes managing a team of staff, developing operational policies and strategies, and implementing quality standards for education and care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team to provide high-quality early childhood education and care services
  • Develop and implement operational policies and strategies for the centre
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations and quality standards for education and care services
  • Oversee the centre's resources and finances
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education: Early Childhood or equivalent; Child Protection Statement of Attainment from an approved course
  • Demonstrated understanding of national regulations and quality standards for education and care services
  • Leadership and management experience in a child care setting
  • Current first aid certificate and asthma and anaphylaxis management training or willingness to obtain
