Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

You will work with the Head of Finance to support financial planning, performance tracking, audit coordination and process improvement that impact healthcare outcomes.

  • Support the monthly managerial closing process ensuring timely and accurate reporting up to EBITDA level.
  • Analyze budget vs. actual variance for stakeholders providing actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable finance processes.
  • Maintain internal finance documentation and continuously improve templates and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate preparation of financial statements and audit deliverables with external consultants and auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls assisting with timely resolution of audit queries.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial operations and HR to gather data for forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A audit or financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • Exposure to monthly closings and audit processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
  • A drive to build robust scalable processes contributing beyond job description.
