Overview
Join Dedalus as a Financial Planning & Analysis and Audit Analyst. You will work with the Head of Finance – ANZ to support financial planning, performance tracking, audit coordination, and process improvement that impact healthcare outcomes.
What you'll achieve
As the Financial Planning & Analysis and Audit Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, contribute to audit readiness, and develop insights for executive-level presentations such as the Regional Business Review (RBR).
- Support the monthly managerial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting up to EBITDA level
- Prepare and maintain budget vs. actual variance analyses with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, efficient finance processes
- Maintain internal finance documentation and continuously improve templates and reporting tools
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and audit deliverables with external consultants and auditors
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with timely resolution of audit queries
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and HR to gather data for forecasting and budgeting
- Develop dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to provide real-time insights and support executive presentations
Essential Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, external/internal audit, or financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Exposure to monthly closings and audit processes
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts); familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
- A drive to build robust, scalable processes and contribute beyond the job description

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be a collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
