We are seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Toowoomba. As a key member of our Injury Management Service Provider, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve positive workplace health outcomes.

Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will assess, plan, organise, and participate in workplace rehabilitative programs. You will have the opportunity to provide preventative occupational health strategies on site with clients in 1:1 and group settings. Your days will include case management of clients on different compensable schemes, income protection, worksite assessments, and workshops.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop workplace rehabilitative programs
  • Provide preventative occupational health strategies
  • Manage client cases and conduct worksite assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, ESSA registration, and industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation. You should also have excellent communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience within employment services
  • Mediation or Facilitated Discussion experience
