Job Title: Asset Optimisation Partner

Job Description

This role involves delivering and driving the development and implementation of key initiatives to optimise CHW's asset management practices with a specific focus on water, wastewater and recycled water networks.

The position requires collaboration across the business to enhance CHW's asset management practices, implementing key initiatives that enhance our comprehensive water and wastewater networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal stakeholder groups to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems related to network assets
  • Determine and recommend optimal solutions to complex business problems
  • Partner with ICT teams to implement workable IT system related solutions
  • Offer thought leadership in effective methods to capture, store, and utilise asset data to drive decision making processes
  • Develop tools and streamline processes to empower operational teams to manage assets effectively
Requirements
  • Technical leadership and oversight of a complex program of technical projects, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities
  • Assist in developing tools and processes for asset management systems in conjunction with stakeholders
  • Ongoing personal and technical development under the guidance of the Technical Specialist - Asset Strategy
