Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead contaminated land and hydrogeology projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CLM / Hydrogeology consulting and excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client relationships across Defence, Federal Infrastructure, and QLD Airport precincts
  • Develop strategic partnerships across mining, industry, and government
  • Guide delivery teams across PSI/DSI, remediation, PFAS, and hydrogeology programs
  • Shape the local delivery approach and align with the national offering

Reporting to the Program Manager and Technical Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering high-quality services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in CLM / Hydrogeology consulting
  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Credibility in front of Defence, Infrastructure, or mining clients
  • EPA QLD Auditor status (or interest in future pathway)
