Job Title: Care Partner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Partner in York. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Promoting Health and Wellbeing:

Providing Person-Centred Support:

  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and services
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing person-centred care and support
