Job Title:

This role involves leading the development and delivery of strategies to grow income and build stronger connections with supporters. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in marketing initiatives that raise the organisation's profile and broaden its reach.

About the Role:

The Fundraising and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated fundraising and marketing strategy to drive growth. This will include leading fundraising campaigns across acquisition, retention, and donor journeys, as well as overseeing digital marketing and communications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering successful fundraising and marketing strategies, as well as strong project management and organisational skills. They will also be confident in multi-channel fundraising, digitally savvy, and able to create compelling content and storytelling.

The Fundraising and Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with a small team to achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an integrated fundraising and marketing strategy to drive growth
  • Lead fundraising campaigns across acquisition, retention, and donor journeys
  • Oversee digital marketing and communications
  • Provide clear insights and analysis on fundraising and marketing campaign results
  • Manage a small team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in developing and delivering successful fundraising and marketing strategies
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Confidence in multi-channel fundraising
  • Digital savvy with experience managing websites, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and fundraising platforms
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure results
