Marketing Role

The position offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.

This is an ideal role for someone who excels in creating engaging content, has a keen eye for detail, enjoys video editing and photography, and wants to work collaboratively with a passionate marketing team while supporting business leaders on their requirements.

  • Developing and scheduling digital content, including photography, videography, editorial, blog posts, and interviews, aligned with the company's strategic plan.
  • Maintaining daily brand management and engagement via social media platforms.
  • Capturing high-quality photographs and videos using available equipment for various brand, product, customer, and dealership content requirements.
  • Creating and managing Facebook ad and Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Fostering collaboration with stakeholders to gather content for social media posts.
  • Producing editorial content and customer testimonials.
  • Assisting in the production of product content, including brochures, flyers, invitations, and sponsorship materials, as briefed by the marketing manager.
  • Staying up-to-date with digital trends and customer online behaviors, producing reports and statistics on engagement.
  • Supporting key events throughout the year, including field days.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, demonstrated expertise in social media, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

Additionally, the candidate should possess photography and videography skills or interest, understanding of website advertising, maintenance, and SEO, copywriting knowledge with a strong emphasis on detail, confidence to work independently, a professional, proactive, and approachable attitude, and a valid driver's license.

Desirable qualifications include formal education in Communications, Marketing, or other relevant fields, an agricultural background or knowledge/passion for the industry.
