This is a unique opportunity to lead the commercial direction of a rapidly scaling business, championing customer-centricity and sustainable mobility initiatives.

Job Overview

As Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial and operational strategy, working closely with executive leadership and the board. Your goal will be to drive margin enhancement initiatives, optimise operational frameworks, and lead commercial negotiations.

In this role, you'll blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, overseeing property negotiations, ROI analysis, and development initiatives. You will also be responsible for delivering insightful P&L reviews and net revenue models to guide executive decision-making.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading tender management and negotiations with key suppliers
  • Owning supplier agreements to ensure alignment with operational and financial goals
  • Driving commercial optimisation through margin analysis and continuous improvement
  • Overseeing property negotiations, ROI analysis, and development initiatives
  • Shaping business planning through budget modelling and monthly trading updates
  • Delivering insightful P&L reviews and net revenue models to guide executive decision-making

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience in a senior commercial or operational leadership role
  • Strong financial acumen with proven ability to model, interpret, and present complex data
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Background in automotive, mobility, logistics, or manufacturing sectors (preferred)
