Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, prioritizing positive experiences and meeting individual needs and preferences.
  • Provide tailored personal care to each resident's requirements.
  • Document accurate care information, including progress notes and daily charts.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ensure safe manual handling of residents.
  • Report feedback and incidents promptly.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Hold a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent).
  • Be passionate about delivering person-centered care.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Hold NDIS Worker Checks or be willing to obtain them.
