Content Management Role

Movember is a leading charity driving positive change in men's health worldwide.

The purpose of this role is to oversee and deliver content requirements for mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer portfolios.

This position involves coordinating content across multiple teams, implementing effective content creation processes, collaborating with technology specialists, and ensuring high standards of health literacy, numeracy, and accessibility.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively and flexibly with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Influencing content project plans and leveraging internal health content audits to inform future content strategies.
  • Managing content requirements and maintenance, working closely with the health content team and business owners.
  • Leading content review and maintenance outreach, facilitating meetings, and managing delivery timelines.
  • Collaborating with design and tech teams to refine and improve established ways of working.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in content management, strategy, and implementation within the healthcare industry, as well as excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus points for experience in mental health, digital health education tools, oncology care, treatment, and/or survivorship, and agile product development expertise.
