We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. In this role, you will oversee the execution of business programmes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing programme portfolios, implementing Agile planning and delivery frameworks, providing business operations support, and overseeing project management. You will serve as the key point of contact for programme and initiative execution and ways of working across the Business Unit.

This is a challenging opportunity that requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, advanced data analysis skills, and experience working within an eCommerce and/or retail business.

You will work closely with product squads, customer-facing teams, and business enablement teams from Woolworths At Work, as well as squads and Transformation teams from the broader Woolworths Group.
