About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Tea Gardens and surrounding areas. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting older people to live well in the comfort of their own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with showering, dressing, and household cleaning
  • Prepare meals and provide respite for carers
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and shops
  • Offer social support and assistance with complex care needs
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable motor vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and empathetic, patient, and caring nature
  • Ability to work independently in the community
