We are expanding our team in the Newcastle area to meet the growing demand for support in Home & Community Care services.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to vulnerable people in our communities. This opportunity is ideal for those who are passionate about caring for others and want to build a career in the sector.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with our clients
  • An empathic and caring approach to provide individualised support
  • The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Access to your own fully maintained and insured vehicle
  • Competent use of a smartphone and/or tablet or willingness to learn
  • Physical fitness to undertake manual handling, carrying, standing and sitting for long periods of time
