We are expanding our team in the Newcastle area to meet the growing demand for support in Home & Community Care services.

As a Home Care Employee and Domestic Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals in our community.

This role offers flexible work hours and the chance to gain valuable experience in the sector while studying your passion for providing quality care to the elderly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective communication and empathetic support to clients
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Use a smartphone or tablet to complete tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including manual handling and standing for long periods
Requirements:
  • Qualified Home Care Employee - Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
  • Domestic Assistant roles available for those currently studying or passionate about supporting the elderly
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR or willingness to obtain
  • Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License
