Key Role: Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our recruitment team, tasked with sourcing top talent for healthcare roles across multiple business units in Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing creative search strategies to identify qualified candidates, conducting talent mapping and market research to engage key talent, and providing proactive search services to support business objectives.

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity, with the option to work from Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. The successful candidate will be able to leverage their expertise in recruiting medical professionals and apply customer-focused communication skills to deliver results-driven solutions.
