Business Support Officer

The successful candidate will commence as an on-hired employee, working standard hours from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with opportunities for additional overtime. As the first point of contact for customers and corporate clients, you will respond to enquiries, schedule bookings and be responsible for a range of administration tasks.
Duties:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Scheduling daily bookings
- Confirming and entering job details
- Liaising with Project Managers and other stakeholders
- Preparing reports, quotes and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service and striving to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the insurance or construction industry
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using internal systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and effective time management skills
- Motivated and proactive individual
