Product Development Specialist

Role Overview

This is a pivotal role in the development and growth of our platform product offerings. The successful candidate will support us in creating the future of the retail media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research activities to gather feedback and insights for product decision-making.
  • Translate market needs into new product features and functionality, validating and prioritising ideas with other product peers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to build go-to-market and process optimisation plans.
  • Document product requirements and assist in analysing product performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Support product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer onboarding activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of product management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of gathering and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
