Product Innovation Lead

We are seeking a Category Manager to lead the development of our own brand range. This role will be responsible for delivering product innovation and new ranges that meet customer needs.
About this Role- Supporting the Senior Category Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development within our own brand range with a focus on innovation, new segments, and products.
- You will partner with the Commercial team to build the own brand category strategy across Stationery, Craft, and Home office using customer insights and market data.
- Deliver key product and innovation pipelines by partnering with suppliers, ensuring delivery of the best product at the best unit price, supporting business goals, and sustainability targets.
- Review and refine the category range, recommending new products and segments in line with the category strategy.
- Identify range gaps and bring products to market in line with the critical path.
- 5 years' experience as a commercial retail buyer in Stationery, Home Office, or Craft successfully trading a sizeable category.
- Strong partnering and influencing skills with proven experience of building strong relationships to deliver a point of difference.
- Proven experience working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
