The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fitness Industry Growth Specialist. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive the expansion and strengthening of our network by developing strategic partnerships, negotiating business growth strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be on building a high-quality, expansive network that delivers value to our members and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of business growth strategies with third-party facility providers
- Collaborate with the ANZ Network Partnerships Manager to maintain the quality of the gym network
- Pursue new facilities and channel partners, ensuring a high-quality, expansive network
- Partner with the Head of Finance to develop and implement new employer programs
- Negotiate and manage contracts with facility providers, ensuring favorable commercial arrangements
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with the gym network's capacity and availability
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential facility suppliers
- Track KPIs and provide timely reports on network development activities
About You
- A seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facilities and channel partners
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful contract management and commercial agreements
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced growth environment
- Proficient in CRM systems and data management, with a solid understanding of financial and commercial principles
- Comfortable traveling as required
