Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Professional to join our team in Brisbane. Located in Acacia Ridge, this role offers diversity and the opportunity to develop in recruitment and stakeholder engagement in a multi-disciplinary organisation.

In this role, you will support strategies to utilise varied channels to source and acquire talent for our business. You will develop your ability to create genuine engagement across the business and support annual programs and end-to-end recruitment.

This is a dynamic role that requires a high level of organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience using HRIS and multimedia platforms for advertising.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated 1-2 years postgraduate experience in human resources and/or recruitment, ideally from an industrial sector
  • Proven ability to drive and manage end-to-end recruitment in a diverse and busy service environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective working relationships and deliver outcomes
  • Exceptional organisational skills coupled with experience using HRIS and/or multimedia platforms for advertising
