Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$95,000 - AU$120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role represents a unique chance to join the Executive IT Support team within Global End User Services, where you will be responsible for providing high-touch, technical support to the Telstra Executive Group. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with executives to resolve complex IT and telephony issues, leveraging your expertise in video conferencing environments and end-user desktop applications.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Offering expert technical advice, guidance, and customer consultancy on various platforms, devices, applications, and computerized systems.
  • Delivering and developing technical training sessions, updates, and briefings to ensure staff understanding of processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate technical process documentation outlining how platforms, devices, applications, and computerized systems operate.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to service improvements initiatives, reduce incident volumes, cycle time, and cost-to-serve. Additionally, you will participate in programs ensuring the successful integration of new products, services, or processes, including software and hardware evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience supporting end-user desktop applications and environments, preferably in an executive support role or similar.
  • A solid track record of addressing customer needs and demonstrating strong customer orientation – willing to go the extra mile to service their needs.
  • Expertise in o365 suite in an Enterprise setting.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including Windows 10, iOS, Android, etc.
  • Advanced IT troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Keen sense of technical issue identification and complex problem-solving.
  • Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.
