About the Role

As an Assistant Baker, you will be part of our production team responsible for preparing dough, fillings and pastries, and coordinating production runs.

Working closely with our experienced bakers, you will have a hands-on approach to ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times.
  2. Preparing pastry fillings and assisting with dough preparation.
  3. Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products.
  4. Decorating cakes with cream and icing.

Requirements:

  • Availability some weekends and school holidays.
  • Flexibility and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
