We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and other sweet and savory treats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a commercial bakery or similar environment
  • Ability to work across all sections of the bakery
  • Experience with traditional stone ovens and rack & oven techniques
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
