About Us

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role will involve working closely with our Marketing Team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing assets from brand divisional teams, including co-op, brand campaign, and key promotions.
  • Build, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, SEM, Affiliates, Partnerships, and Display.
  • Serve as the conduit between business units and the creative team to ensure alignment on digital content.
  • Evaluate campaigns regularly and make changes effectively, communicating them to ensure we meet key performance indicators and objectives.
  • Support the broader Digital Marketing team for reporting on performance, consolidating insights with other channel owners.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with Marketing, eCommerce, and Creative Teams.
  • Invoice, report, and provide administrative support for the division.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated relevant experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or marketing management.
  • Experience using Meta ads manager or equivalent ad platforms.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification (Business, Retail, or Marketing preferred).
  • Previous demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good understanding of managing competing deadlines.
  • Effective time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
