The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team in a newly created role due to growth. Reporting to the Director, you will provide administrative support to the office, including coordinating team events, arranging travel requirements, and managing stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate team events
  • Arrange travel requirements and produce itineraries
  • Sending activity reports globally
  • Ensuring all stock is up-to-date
  • Meeting room management
  • Managing initiatives
  • Printing and filing
  • Coordinating meetings and arranging relevant paperwork
  • Minute taking
  • Collecting data for senior meetings
  • Providing IT assistance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Presentation skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic approach to administration
  • Customer service/administration experience is preferable – retail and hospitality welcomed
  • Curiosity to build their career in administration skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
