Job Opportunity: Organizational Change Specialist">

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Specialist to lead the development and delivery of organizational change and training activities. This role will play a critical part in the integration of changes with new projects.

You will develop and deliver change management strategies to ensure our organization is meeting its contractual obligations. You will also lead and implement change management plans to ensure communication, engagement, and business readiness activities are completed effectively.

This is a short-term opportunity until November 2025. Key Responsibilities:

Develop training strategies and plans for frontline staff to prepare for operational changesLead the design, development, and delivery of competency management systemsEngage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with change strategiesManage organizational impacts to ensure alignment in job requirements, systems, and training strategies

Qualifications:

Change Management and Training/Accreditation qualifications and/or certificationTertiary qualifications or experience in Business Management, Public Relations, or Human-Centered DesignExperience applying the ADKAR modelStrong experience leading blended learning program design and developmentBusiness Process Re-engineering concepts and methodologiesEffective communication skills to influence various stakeholdersAbility to lead continuous improvement systems and processes
