The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and leadership, with exceptional people management and leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, from outreach to lead generation, and processing new member joinings. You will also lead, manage, and coach a team of highly motivated and dedicated staff to achieve their goals.
As a Club Manager, you will be the main point of contact for all members, ensuring their membership and experience with us is outstanding at all times. You will also be responsible for performing administrative duties, maintaining accurate customer information on our membership database, and using all technology and systems to their full extent.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the entire sales process, from outreach to lead generation, and processing new member joinings.
- Manage all club operations and procedures to a high standard.
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of highly motivated and dedicated staff to achieve their goals.
- Manage the ongoing Club Care Program to ensure our members have a fantastic experience every time they step in the door.
- Be the main point of contact for all members, ensuring their membership and experience with us is outstanding at all times.
- Perform administrative duties, maintaining accurate customer information on our membership database, and using all technology and systems to their full extent.
- A team of clubs to work within and grow yourself in as a Club Manager.
- Salary compatible with the position, with commissions paid additionally based on performance and an attractive bonus structure.
